The Tobacco Education Program has been developed for health professionals who wish to develop their knowledge and skills in the management of tobacco use disorder. The program has been developed by faculty with experience in this area, and has been accredited by the Canadian Council on Continuing Education in Pharmacy (CCCEP). Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are awarded with successful completion of the sections as follows:

The Tobacco Education program has also been accredited by the Canadian Network for Respiratory Care (CNRC). Therefore participants who successfully complete the program are eligible to challenge the certification exam if they have also completed a CNRC accredited program in health education.
This program requires the purchase of the Tobacco Education Workbook from the Canadian Network for Respiratory Care (CNRC). The Workbook is required in order to successfully complete the program. Upon successful program completion, you will receive a certificate of completion from Pear Healthcare Solutions. All other required readings are linked in the modules.
For anyone that purchases or purchased this program on or after October 1, 2017, the price of the program includes any required CNRC workbook. It will be shipped by the CNRC to the address used when you registered on healthelearning.ca.
